Martha Hilliard

Martha Hilliard joined HURC as Program Manager in August of 2009.

She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Cincinnati with a BA in Political Science, and has also earned a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Cincinnati.

She brings experiences as Chief Operating Office at Brighton Properties, Inc. in Newport, KY, as Senior Community Development Analyst/Rental Rehabilitation Program Manager for the City of Cincinnati, and as Special Projects Coordinator for the Hamilton County Community Mental Health Board.

Martha serves as a Board Member for the Community Development Corporation of Greater Cincinnati, and for the Woman's City Club of Cincinnati, Ohio.
