Robin C. McNulty

Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati

Mr. McNulty manages the Mortgage Purchase Program at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati, where he has been employed for the past three years, but has a total of 15 years with the Home Loan Bank. Prior to rejoining the Bank in 2005, Robin served as Chief Operating Officer for Cincinnati Development Fund where he was employed since 2003. Prior to his employment with Cincinnati Development, Robin was Director of Banking Services with Federated Department Stores' Financial and Credit Services Group (1999 - 2003) and was also President and Chief Executive Officer with Benchmark Federal Savings Bank located in Cincinnati (1992 - 1999). From 1980 through 1992, Robin was previously employed with the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati where he held several progressively responsible management positions in the Bank's Housing and Community Investments Department and within Financial Services as Vice President, managing the Credit Department and the Asset/Liability Management function. From 1974 through 1980 he was employed by the Knoxville-Knox County Metropolitan Planning Commission where he served as Director of Planning.

A native of Cincinnati, Mr. McNulty completed his undergraduate studies at Marietta College with a BA in History and Political Science, and has received graduate degrees from both the University of Tennessee (MS in City Planning) and the University of Cincinnati (MBA in Finance).
